Experteer Overview In this role you will identify and analyze changes for assigned applications, oversee production maintenance, and support deployment and testing activities. You will lead small to medium projects, coordinate training, and provide go-live and ongoing production support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that fit organizational needs and comply with policies and regulations. You will be the technical lead during design, build, and deployment, ensuring system integrity and timely delivery. This opportunity combines hands-on implementation with project leadership in a mission-driven pediatric healthcare environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and coordinate implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment * Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and change requests with stakeholder leadership * Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and go-live activities * Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials * Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor communications, and escalations * Participate in on-call support and after-hours coverage * Mentor technicians and guide less-experienced team members * Ensure solutions align with corporate policies and applicable regulations * Assist in training design and execution related to assigned projects Tasks * 2+ years of relevant work experience * Project management experience * Direct experience with same or similar systems installed at Children’s * Bachelor’s degree * Certifications related to supporting Infor (HR or FSM) may be required within specified timelines Key requirements * Employee portion of medical plan premiums covered after 3 years * 4%-10% employee savings plan match based on tenure * Paid Parental Leave (up to 12 weeks) * Caregiver Leave * Adoption and surrogacy reimbursement
