Java Engineer Lead - Capital Markets

Experteer Overview As Java Engineering Lead, Executive Director, you will steer multiple engineering teams delivering mission-critical Capital Markets platforms. You’ll champion scalable, event-driven microservices and real-time data processing that power trading, risk, settlements, and regulatory functions. You will shape modern architecture, drive cloud adoption, and oversee delivery excellence across distributed systems. This role offers impact across Front Office and enterprise platforms within a globally renowned financial group. You will lead with a clear technical vision and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enable high availability and low-latency performance.
