Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement Dayforce-based HRIS solutions to align with company HR processes. You’ll build and maintain back-end systems, APIs, and data security while collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. You will evaluate and improve HR technology, enabling accurate analytics and compliant data management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape our HR technology landscape as part of a fast-growing insurance services company. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Dayforce-based HRIS solutions to align with company HRIS objectives * Develop and maintain back-end systems, databases, APIs, and servers for HRIS * Collaborate with internal departments to improve HRIS, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot operations * Evaluate systems, recommend changes, and engineer solutions to meet business needs * Define HRIS scope and data accuracy for reporting and analytics; design roadmaps for HR software * Test and iterate software solutions; stay updated with new technologies and methodologies * Coordinate with vendors/service providers to ensure delivery of HR technology services * Conduct data gathering and analysis for HRIS-related information and reporting Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5 years of software engineering experience * 5 years of Dayforce HCM implementation and configuration experience (Recruiting, Performance, Succession, Learning, Document Management, Dashboards, Core HR, Onboarding) * Experience with ATS, payroll providers, learning platforms, and document management system integrations * APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST) * HR data transformation and migration using SQL, XML, XSLT * Custom dashboards and workforce analytics via Dayforce expression builder, SQL, data visualization * Multi-tenant SaaS HRIS environments ensuring compliance, security, performance * HRIS security and authentication management (RBAC, SSO) and GDPR/SOC2/FLSA compliance * Telecommuting permitted Key requirements * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * Flexible PTO * EAP * Pet Insurance * Life Insurance and AD&D
