Full-Stack Developer - Senior

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, build, and maintain cloud-enabled applications supporting FAA programs. You will work with engineers, cybersecurity experts, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software that impacts air traffic management nationwide. You’ll contribute to modernization initiatives and system verification activities, ensuring compliance and performance. This is a hands-on, mission-driven opportunity to shape critical aviation systems alongside cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefits * Support technical design activities and participate in architecture and design reviews * Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software for FAA programs * Translate requirements into well-structured, maintainable code * Conduct peer code reviews to enforce coding standards * Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and product stakeholders * Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests * Support integration of applications into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines * Troubleshoot defects and performance or integration issues * Contribute to technical design artifacts, user guides, and compliance materials * Ensure solutions meet federal security and performance objectives * Participate in V&V, readiness reviews, and modernization initiatives * Identify opportunities to improve development processes and automation Tasks * U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust * Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years, or Associate’s with 10 years, or HS diploma with 12 years * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Full-Stack development with Java, Spring Boot, Angular or similar * Experience in cloud or hybrid environments * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps * Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices Key requirements * overtime eligibility * shift differential * discretionary bonus * health, dental, vision benefits * retirement plans * paid time off
