Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development of LLM-driven agentic systems within AWS WorkSpaces, tackling complex legacy environments. You’ll design and validate AI solutions that empower users to work smarter, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed AI across the product. You’ll drive rigorous evaluation and scalable, enterprise-ready implementations. This is a mission to transform how legacy workflows are automated and optimized at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Architect agentic AI systems using LLMs, CV, and automation techniques to interact with legacy applications in AWS WorkSpaces * Develop evaluation frameworks to measure performance, reliability, and user impact in real-world, unstructured settings * Fine-tune and deploy domain-specific LLMs for workspace use cases with a focus on efficiency, safety, and enterprise alignment * Collaborate with troubleshooting, onboarding, security, and other teams to embed AI capabilities across the WorkSpaces product * Deliver production-ready science components that meet Amazon’s standards for robustness, reproducibility, and scalability Tasks * 5+ years of building ML models for business applications * PhD, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of applied research experience * Proficient in Java, C++, Python or related languages * Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning Key requirements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * RSUs and sign-on payments * paid time off * parential leave * flexible work hours
