Job description
STAFFXPERT is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO consultant or Business Readiness Lead with extensive P2R/R2R experience, proven success managing UAT through go-live and Hypercare, and strong leadership in large-scale ERP transformation programs. Responsibilities
- Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module deployments
- Coordinate UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
- Partner with business, product, and program teams to drive successful ERP deployments
- Develop training, readiness documentation, and launch communications
- Manage risks, dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization (Hypercare)
Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
- Strong expertise in Plan-to-Report (P2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Experience leading Business Readiness, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Period-End Close, Reconciliations, and Compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication skills
