SAP S/4HANA P2R Business Readiness Lead / Consultant

STAFFXPERT is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO consultant or Business Readiness Lead with extensive P2R/R2R experience, proven success managing UAT through go-live and Hypercare, and strong leadership in large-scale ERP transformation programs. Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module deployments
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Partner with business, product, and program teams to drive successful ERP deployments
• Develop training, readiness documentation, and launch communications
• Manage risks, dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization (Hypercare)

• 12+ years of SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
• Strong expertise in Plan-to-Report (P2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Experience leading Business Readiness, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Period-End Close, Reconciliations, and Compliance
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication skills
