Duration: 1 Year, Experience * 12+ years of overall SAP experience * Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and deployments * Demonstrated success leading business readiness and go-live activities for ERP transformation programs Required Skills SAP Functional Expertise * SAP S/4HANA * SAP Financial Accounting (FI) * SAP Controlling (CO) * Plan-to-Report (P2R) * Record-to-Report (R2R) * Period-End Close * Financial Reporting * Reconciliations * Internal Controls and Compliance Business Readiness & Deployment * Business Readiness Assessments * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Change Management * Training Readiness and Enablement * Cutover Planning and Execution * Go-Live Readiness * Hypercare Support * Defect Management and Resolution Coordination Professional Skills * Executive and stakeholder communication * Business process transformation * Cross-functional collaboration * Risk and dependency management * Documentation and governance Key Responsibilities * Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones. * Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff. * Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks. * Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive successful user adoption. * Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications. * Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities. * Track and manage defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout testing and deployment phases. * Prepare and maintain readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch approval artifacts. * Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to production operations. * Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to validate business processes and ensure readiness for deployment. * Provide leadership and guidance throughout system integration testing (SIT), UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods. Qualifications * Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes. * Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report and Record-to-Report processes. * Experience supporting enterprise ERP transformations and multiple SAP go-live events. * Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership. * Experience leading UAT, training, change management, and cutover activities. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
