Job description

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud implementations.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to define future-state architecture.
Design customer-centric digital experiences across customer service, sales, field operations, and self-service channels.
Develop enterprise integration strategies using APIs, MuleSoft, SAP, and middleware platforms.
Define architecture standards, governance, security, and Salesforce best practices.
Lead platform modernization initiatives to replace legacy CIS capabilities and reduce technical debt.
Design customer data architecture supporting Customer 360, Data Cloud, and AI-driven insights.
Support AI-enabled capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and intelligent automation where applicable.
Guide development teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
Collaborate with data migration teams on legacy-to-Salesforce migration strategies.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of enterprise solutions.
Participate in executive architecture reviews and roadmap planning.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions within the Energy & Utilities industry, driving platform modernization, reducing technical debt, and defining future-state architectures that support long-term business growth., * Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of Salesforce experience.
5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
Strong experience implementing Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud.
Deep knowledge of:
Service Cloud
Sales Cloud
Data Cloud
Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture.
Experience designing API-first architectures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience implementing Customer Information Systems (CIS).
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud implementation experience.
Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
Experience with MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms.
Experience in cloud modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of SAP integrations.
