Salesforce Solution Architect, Core & Agentforce

• Lead client engagements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, defining scalable solution architectures aligned to business goals.
• Define and own the end-to-end solution design, including business processes, automation strategy, AI use cases, and cross-system integrations.
• Translate sales and service operational requirements into optimized Salesforce solutions, including pipeline management, case lifecycle management, Omnichannel routing, and AI-driven agent workflows.
• Drive solution governance, ensuring alignment with best practices, data strategy, user adoption goals, and measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, architecture vision sessions, and executive presentations, clearly articulating functional design decisions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and delivery teams, ensuring cohesive execution across onsite and offshore resources.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or relevant Consultant certifications required; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architect certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
