Role Description The Director of Information Technology is a full-time, hybrid role with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees the company’s overall IT function, including strategic planning, governance, and alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. • Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including leadership of cross-functional technology teams and service delivery.
• Strong foundation in Information Technology across infrastructure, systems, and applications, with hands-on experience in modern cloud and on-premise environments.
• Proficiency in Network Security, including security architecture, incident response, risk management, and implementation of best practices and controls.
• Ability to define and execute IT Strategy that aligns technology investments with business goals, growth plans, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Experience designing and supporting systems for professional services or recruiting environments, including CRM or ATS platforms, is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in budget management, vendor negotiation, and technology procurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading change initiatives, implementing new tools, and driving process improvement in a growing organization.
