Presentation Designer, Partnership Solutions

The preference is for this candidate to be based in an Elevate office, including New York, Santa Clara, and Nashville, but the position may be remote. The role will require the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays., * Maintain Elevate brand identity and ensure consistency across a variety of mediums to deliver presentations that help win business

• Contribute Elevate’s external presentations and sales materials, including pre-sales pitches, teaser decks, and large partnership activation decks
• Development of bespoke sales presentations that capture the style, voice and passion of our various clients
• Ability to create, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, charts, and graphs into immersive storytelling formats
• Assist in performing quality assurance to ensure all materials are void of spelling and other grammatical errors
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions team on external-facing business development pitch decks and sales presentation materials
• Present process and final work in a clear, concise and professional manner to external stakeholders
• Execute design requests assigned by the reporting manager, balancing stakeholder priorities across various locations
• Maintain and manage a project status tracker alongside direct manager, and keep internal stakeholders informed of work progress and timelines
• Collaborate with members of our Elevate Creative design and experiential team to stay up to date with trends and innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field and/or 3+ years of professional experience in a graphics/design-related field or freelance capacity B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Google Slides (Priority)/PowerPoint/Keynote advanced knowledge
• Adobe Creative Suite advanced knowledge
• Ability to express ideas graphically
• Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines
• Collaborative mindset to solving challenges, willing to learn and share knowledge with peers WORKING CONDITIONS: Location: Hybrid office-working, ideally in New York, Santa Clara, or Nashville, but the position may be remote

• Full-time, exempt position ($70,000 - $80,000 annual base salary plus bonus eligible)
