Job description

  • Plan, organize, and manage large-scale cross-functional IT projects.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide project management and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 60+ months of experience managing large-scale, complex office or government projects involving cross-agency stakeholders (projects valued at $2M+ with 50+ stakeholders).
  • 60+ months of experience with Medicaid programs, health information systems, eligibility systems, or other healthcare-related IT/operational projects.
  • 60+ months of experience providing administrative or project management support in a public sector or enterprise IT environment.
  • 60+ months of experience tracking project financials, including purchase orders (POs), expense monitoring, funding requests, and financial reporting.
  • 60+ months of experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational documentation.
  • 60+ months of experience reviewing operational/business documents, transmittals, memos, and deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • 60+ months of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
