Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will administer and configure the UW Workday HR/Payroll environment, delivering reliable, compliant payroll solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex Workday configurations and support data integrations, analysis, and testing. Your work will help ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity in a fast-paced university setting. This position offers the opportunity to shape Workday operations and drive efficient HR/Payroll services. Compensation / Benefits * Workday configuration and system administration (70%): implement complex Workday configuration changes, optimize functionality, and manage EIB data loading and integrations. * Advanced operational system administration (20%): collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and maintain HR/Payroll solutions; resolve complex inquiries. * Knowledge management, training & communication (10%): maintain stakeholder relationships, update knowledge repositories, and deliver training materials for Workday users and admins Tasks * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Four years of experience in Workday HR/Payroll domains with increasing responsibilities * Experience with enterprise HR/Payroll systems and multiple Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Academic, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll) * Experience analyzing complex HR/Payroll processes and implementing configuration changes to meet requirements * Experience supporting system testing and data validation * Experience with reporting, data, and security in a SaaS environment * Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences * Experience providing production support for mission-critical systems * Excellent documentation, user liaison, and interpersonal skills Key requirements *
