Experteer Overview In this role you will support the health, testing and configuration of Workday HCM, Payroll and Time Tracking. You will be part of the Workday support team, monitoring alerts, executing tests and loading data to ensure a stable system. You will collaborate across HR and Payroll partners and drive improvements through issue triage and change management. This is an opportunity to advance technical skills while making a measurable impact on daily HR operations. Compensation / Benefits * Monitor Workday system alerts, integration errors, and business process exceptions * Triage issues and escalate to appropriate teams or Workday support * Develop and execute functional and regression tests for Workday releases, patches, and updates * Create and validate EIB files for mass data changes; ensure data integrity * Perform Workday configuration updates and support organizational changes (supervisory orgs, job profiles, compensation, time off) * Document configuration changes per change management standards; support bi-annual Workday release cycles * Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features * Support data loading processes and maintain EIB templates and load procedures * Answer end-user questions related to Workday functionality Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 2-5 years of hands-on Workday experience * Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking * Experience building and loading EIBs * Experience with test planning and execution * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key requirements *
