Experteer Overview In this hybrid Data Analyst role, you turn data into actionable business insights to support strategic decisions. You will work across data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis, applying statistics and ML techniques to reveal trends. You’ll translate findings for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to drive value. You’ll leverage Python, SQL, and AI tools to shape analyses that align with organizational goals. Compensation / Benefits * Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources * Write efficient SQL queries for large datasets * Develop Python-based data analysis workflows * Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) including univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses * Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., linear regression) * Utilize AI and machine learning tools to identify trends and improve processes * Build and evaluate ML models (regression, classification, clustering, decision trees) * Investigate data anomalies and identify root causes * Translate analytical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders * Develop deep business understanding to ensure analyses align with goals * Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations Tasks * Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required * Clearance: Secret clearance or ability to obtain one * Location: Fort Worth, TX; commutable onsite/remote hybrid * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience * Strong Python for data analysis and automation * Advanced SQL skills * Experience cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis * Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis methodologies * Working knowledge of ML concepts including regression, classification, clustering, supervised/unsupervised learning * Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools * Ability to perform EDA and communicate insights to non-technical audiences * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and investigate issues with minimal supervision * Strong verbal and written communication skills Key requirements *
