Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise software within PNC’s Automation and Platform group. You will work across locations to deliver microservices-based solutions, leveraging Java, Python and cloud-native tech. You will integrate Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI capabilities to transform business solutions. The role combines architecture, DDD/Bounded Contexts, and CI/CD practices to drive impact at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable systems that support customer-focused outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications * Apply Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts * Build event-driven systems using Kafka * Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Java and Python * Implement service discovery, API gateway, and security best practices * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines * Integrate Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI capabilities into business solutions Tasks * 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications * Proficiency with Microservices Architecture, Java and Python stacks * Experience with Kafka and event streaming * Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and practices * Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI capabilities * Proficiency with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security; Python 3.x, FastAPI, Flask, Django (optional) * Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred) * Azure cloud experience (preferred) Key requirements * medical/prescription drug coverage * dental and vision options * life insurance * short and long-term disability protection * 401(k) with PNC match * education assistance
