Experteer Overview In this role you lead and grow the Retail Studio/Platform team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the Production Validation Environment (PVE). You guide cross-functional delivery to align with Retail Banking priorities, driving high-quality, scalable solutions under tight timelines. You foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence, while developing talent and coordinating with offshore resources. You will shape modern engineering practices and ensure secure, reliable platform capabilities that enable rapid validation and customer-facing initiatives.
