Experteer Overview In this role you will help advance Schwabâs security posture by building and maintaining low-code automation for security workflows. Youâll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable automation across cloud and on-prem environments, focusing on Identity and Access Management and data governance. You will partner with Cyber Security tools to streamline operations, while adopting Agile practices to continuously improve performance. This is an opportunity to shape security-enabled automation at a leading financial services firm. Compensation / Benefits * Develop low-code automation solutions using Power Platform and Appian to enable secure, scalable business processes * Design and maintain integrations and workflows across APIs, cloud, and on-prem systems for secure data flow within IAM ecosystems * Support platform governance, ALM, and continuous improvement of automation solutions for performance and efficiency * Support automation for Cyber Security tools/applications, including Identity and Access Management * Adhere to Agile/Kanban practices to deliver iteratively Tasks * BA/BS in Computer Science or related field * 5+ years designing and developing low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) * 2-4 years building automation workflows and integrations (APIs, cloud services, on-prem connectivity) * 2-4 years in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration * Strong understanding of low-code development practices, environment management, and basic ALM * Exposure to security domains such as Identity Governance, Authentication, Authorization, or Data Protection * Experience with relational databases (Dataverse or MSSQL) * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills * Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Understanding of SDLC and agile methods; ability to translate requirements into technical solutions * Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost-effective, quality solutions * Strong influencing, negotiation and coordination skills * Security certifications such as CISSP or SANS preferred Key requirements *
