(SOO) Intelligence Operations Support Principal (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as the Division’s primary cable-writing expert, monitor cable traffic, and draft operation cables daily. You will brief review boards and support deconfliction as part of operational teams, coordinating across projects and protecting equities. You act as a Group Action Officer, tracking actions in ops databases and providing SOO-related support for cyber projects. You will assist staff officers with coordination of targeting data, sponsor communications, and broader USG efforts, while shaping operational correspondence and guiding field elements. This role connects you with cross-functional partners to solve hard problems and advance mission goals. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the division’s primary POC for cable-writing expertise and draft/coordinate operation cables daily * Prepare and present information before Review Boards * Support deconfliction efforts within operational teams * Coordinate on projects and review materials to protect project equities * Document actions in web-based operations management databases * Provide SOO-related operations management support, including CNE and media exploitation * Assist staff officers with coordination of project and targeting data with customer partners * Support specific projects and broader USG efforts * Coordinate operational planning and community outreach; monitor sponsor communications * Create, format, coordinate, and monitor operational correspondence across official/informal systems * Respond to correspondence, conduct traces, and provide guidance to field as part of program management * Demonstrated experience in technical collection, cable writing, and briefing for various audiences * Experience with the Center for Cyber Intelligence structure and cyber project support * Experience with cyber (Customer) and HUMINT-enabled projects * Experience with field stations and proactive stakeholder engagement Tasks * BA/BS (or equivalent experience) * 8-10 years of experience * Demonstrated experience in cable writing, report writing, dissemination, and coordination in support of technical operations * Demonstrated experience briefing review boards, management, HQS, and field elements * Experience with Center for Cyber Intelligence structure, function and authorities * Experience providing SOO support to cyber projects * Experience with cyber (Customer) and/or HUMINT-enabled projects * Experience working with field stations * Proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure task completion and clear communications Key requirements *
