Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the global design, delivery, and operation of datacenter security systems at scale, spanning access control, video surveillance, and the supporting software platforms. You’ll coordinate across design, construction, networking, and partner teams to implement innovative, AI-enabled security controls that ship rapidly and operate fleet-wide. You’ll shape security at the speed of modular builds, drive cost-efficient improvements, and mentor a high-performing, cross-disciplinary engineering organization. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end design, delivery, and operation of global datacenter security systems (access control, video surveillance, perimeter detection, and management platforms) * Transform cameras into active assurance mechanisms via real-time computer vision linked to work order systems * Deliver modular-build security infrastructure with persistent hardware, standardized kits, and zero-touch provisioning * Build and operate Tier-1 services managing lifecycle of networked security IoT devices (onboarding, firmware, credential rotation, health, telemetry) * Drive security economics to reduce cost per site while scaling to fleet size * Define and deliver AI-enabled capabilities (real-time authorization, automated triage/anomaly detection, intelligent provisioning) * Lead and scale an engineering organization across software, systems, hardware, and program management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 10+ years developing mission-critical system software * 5+ years leading long-term engineering and product decisions at senior leadership level * Track record delivering cloud-based applications/services at scale * Experience hiring, developing, and retaining large engineering teams (100+ engineers) * Experience scaling diverse, dynamic teams across geographies Key requirements *
