We are seeking a skilled EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and IT infrastructure operations. This role involves managing user lifecycle processes, supporting endpoint devices, ensuring system compliance, and assisting with data center operations to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment., * User Onboarding & Offboarding

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure AD.
Experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, compliance).
Knowledge of SharePoint Online support.
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, LAN).
Familiarity with data center operations and hardware.
Experience with ITSM and asset management tools., * 3-7 years of experience in EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
Microsoft Modern Workplace / Intune certifications (preferred)., * EUC / IT Operations / Infrastructure Support: 3 years (Required)
