Job description

Architect, design, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
Provide hands-on development, code reviews, and technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.
Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead and mentor an offshore development team (India), driving Agile delivery, sprint planning, and engineering excellence.
Manage technical communication with customers and executive stakeholders.
Drive AI-enabled software engineering by leveraging GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI solutions on AWS.
Promote best practices in architecture, code quality, DevOps, and cloud-native application development.

Requirements

10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience

Strong expertise in:

Java
Spring Boot
Microservices Architecture
REST APIs
Angular / TypeScript
MS SQL Server
