Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead software planning, integration, and release for embedded propulsion system controllers. You will collaborate with internal and supplier teams to ensure software meets vehicle and component goals and aligns with program timing. You’ll act as the primary interface for software issue resolution at component and vehicle levels and drive change management for embedded software. You will support validation, debugging, and cross-functional coordination to enable smooth full-volume production. This position offers impact across ICE, BEV, and HEV domains within a high-velocity automotive program. Compensation / Benefits * Lead software requirements planning and integration to satisfy vehicle and component objectives * Coordinate cross-functional release timing with SW development, validation, calibration, diagnostics, FUSA, and architecture teams * Own software issue resolution interface at both component and vehicle levels * Provide technical input for SW coordination and requirements alignment meetings * Coordinate change management for component software * Support validation, SW development, and troubleshooting as needed Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * Understanding of Propulsion Systems for ICE, HEV, and BEV applications * CANALYZER, CANOE and INCA proficiency * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiar with electrification architectures (48V, EV, HEV, PHEV, BSG) * Highly motivated and collaborative * DVP&R and DFMEA basic understanding Key requirements *
