Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you design and build AI-native systems for enterprise-scale security, turning signals from identity, devices, data, applications, and infrastructure into actionable intelligence. You work with a cross-functional team to develop, deploy, and monitor AI systems spanning data pipelines, model development, and production workloads. You will grow expertise in modern AI technologies and enterprise platforms while delivering impactful AI-enabled solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and practical AI adoption at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build and iterate AI/ML models, including LLM-based and RAG systems, to address customer and business problems * Implement AI-driven components and workflows based on requirements * Transform multi-source data into contextual intelligence and automation pipelines * Create and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and training datasets for AI development * Support model deployment and monitoring through CI/CD and containerized environments * Assist in integrating AI capabilities into services, APIs, and applications * Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver AI features * Write clean, tested code and document system designs and implementation details * Follow security, compliance, and responsible AI development best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience * Experience building or contributing to AI/ML models or data-driven systems * Programming experience in Python or similar languages for AI development * Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and data processing workflows * Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or vector databases * Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for AI/ML workloads * Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning in evolving AI domains Key requirements *
