Senior Data Integration (Team Lead)

Experteer Overview As Senior Data Integration Team Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team to enable secure intelligence data sharing and interoperability for INSCOM. You’ll deliver briefings to diverse audiences, draft SOPs, and produce reports that convey complex concepts clearly. You’ll lead tasks across intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, ensuring on-site delivery at Fort Belvoir with potential for limited hybrid arrangements. This role combines leadership, technical data integration, and strategic coordination in a mission-critical environment. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence data sharing and interoperability * Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences * Draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports with text and graphics to convey complex concepts * Lead a team and manage subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination * Perform on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA with possible government-approved hybrid arrangements Tasks * Active Top-Secret with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain CI Poly * Bachelor in related field * 8 years of data integration or related experience * 4 years in data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, or data discovery * 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates in intelligence activities * Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (IT Level II) within 30 days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM Key requirements *
