Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead)

Experteer Overview Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) responsible for guiding intelligence data sharing and interoperability while leading a team onsite at Fort Belvoir. You will deliver briefings, develop SOPs, and produce visual reports to communicate complex concepts. You’ll coordinate with partners and manage tasks across intelligence planning, collection, processing, and dissemination to support DoD/IC missions. This role offers impact through leading critical data integration efforts in a government setting. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence information sharing and system interoperability * Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences * Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and produce reports with text and graphics to convey complex concepts * Lead a team and manage subordinates on intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination * Work onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA with potential for hybrid arrangements with customer approval Tasks * Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain CI Poly * Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience * 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or IC (within last 2 years) * 4 years of experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates in intelligence domains * 4 years of experience providing data integration support (data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality, metadata, operations, discovery) * Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or delivering professional briefings to diverse audiences * Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports with graphics to convey concepts Key requirements *
