Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting as part of Deloitte’s GPS practice. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, ensure data quality, and enable smooth go-lives and post-production support. You help connect HR processes to technology, shaping how clients access and optimize their workforce in a public sector context. This center-based delivery role offers exposure to large-scale HR technology transformations and a collaborative, impact-driven culture. You will work with experienced teams to drive reliable, scalable implementations that enable HR performance. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations and escalate risks or issues * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces, middleware, data mapping, and end-to-end validation * Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support * Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements and validating data quality, usability, and stakeholder needs * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing, go-live, and stabilization Tasks * 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 3+ years of experience supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s Degree * Hybrid work model and travel requirements as specified Key requirements *
