Job description

As a Java Architect & Program Manager, you will provide technical leadership and drive the successful delivery of complex software development programs. You will bridge engineering and business teams, guiding architecture decisions, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals., * Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs.

Provide technical leadership on Java-based architectures, integrations, and application modernization initiatives.
Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with long-term business and technology strategies.
Establish program governance, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting processes.
Support CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, and DevOps best practices.
Champion adoption of microservices, cloud-native technologies, containerization, and automated testing.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of project/program management experience.
Strong hands-on background in Java application development and technical leadership roles.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software development programs.
Deep understanding of software architecture, system integrations, dependency management, and SDLC best practices.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and engineering toolchains.
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern integration patterns.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage risks, complex dependencies, budgets, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and team mentoring capabilities.
