Sr Salesforce Developers - Lightning, Apex, SOQL/SOSL

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate releases, sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change validations.
• Collaborate with BSAs, Product Managers, QA, and business stakeholders on enhancements and defect resolution.
• Support Open Enrollment, AEP, regulatory, and mission-critical business initiatives.
• Review integration health, data quality, security, and system performance., Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise., Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices Identifies, assesses, and formulates architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents and works with the business to update, as needed Identifies and resolves problems, often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow, develops and evaluates options, and implements solutions Utilizes and contribute to the development of application coding techniques and standards Collaborates with Application Solution Architects, IS Business Analysts and other technical resources on the delivery of application functionality Participates in tier 3 application support activities including incident management and the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards”

We have a contract through EOY with opportunity to extend or convert for (2) SR Salesforce developers with hands-on expertise in Lightning, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Visualforce, plus experience with AI-assisted/automated testing and development - this is the #1 must-have, and lack of Salesforce experience is a listed disqualifier. Beyond core Salesforce skills, they should bring integration and automation experience (APIs, JSON, MuleSoft, GitLab CI/CD) and solid production support/troubleshooting chops (incident analysis, change validation, release management). On the formal side, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field is required, with 4-6 years of experience for the Senior level and 5-7 years for the Lead level, and a SAFe certification is preferred., A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 - 6 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
