Senior Salesforce Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build robust Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, scheduled processes, and comprehensive test classes to ensure high-quality, production-ready code.
• Develop and enhance call routing solutions and integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect and other enterprise communication platforms.
• Design secure and scalable Salesforce architectures utilizing best practices for security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Create custom Salesforce applications and automation that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Model complex data structures across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Lead technical solution design and provide architecture guidance for enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
• Partner closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews to ensure development standards are maintained.
• Produce project estimates, technical documentation, and implementation strategies.
• Research emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Support deployment, release management, production troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce developer with deep expertise in Apex development, Lightning technologies, Salesforce architecture, and enterprise integrations. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across the Salesforce platform., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience building enterprise-level applications.
• Strong experience developing with:
• Salesforce Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• Aura Components
• SOQL & SOSL
• Apex Triggers
• Salesforce APIs
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, junction objects, relationships, workflows, flows, and platform architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, and migration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
