Job description

  • Upload full podcast episodes to Client is a Plus.
  • Partner with producers to publish podcast clips as VOD and vertical videos.
  • Collaborate daily with product and key stakeholders to review performance.
  • Partner with marketing to explore promotional opportunities.
  • Communicate daily with the client’s teams to ensure publishing is running smoothly.
  • Track data and communicate performance to the broader group, including key stakeholders.
  • Provide updates in meetings with key stakeholders such as production, marketing, editorial, and sales.
  • Coordinate with Client on the creation of backend publishing needs to launch Podcast show pages and playlists.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital media experience
  • Experience as a production assistant or similar field
  • Knowledge of the podcast industry
  • Has strong editorial instinct with the ability to create short-form clips from broader podcast moments
  • Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of CBS News and CBS Sports; Client has rights to (NFL, CFB, CBB, Golf, UFC, WNBA, Soccer)
  • Having a deep knowledge of CBS’s podcast network is a plus.
