Job description

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Framework.
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business and integration requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing., Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio) to build scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions., * Implement Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio) components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers.
Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Support deployments, integrations, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Engineering, * Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex Development and Salesforce Lightning Framework.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party applications.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred), * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio).
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployments.
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and security model.
