Job description

Experteer Overview In this Senior Lead role, you guide and coach a cross-functional software team within Consumer & Community Banking to deliver secure, scalable technology products. You influence strategic decisions on microservices adoption and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple platforms. You leverage deep technical expertise to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency. You work closely with leadership to shape the platform, tooling, and processes that enable high-impact, reliable software delivery.
