Program Manager - Security & Information Security

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager - Security & Information Security to lead a large-scale compliance and transformation program within a complex, multi-stakeholder IT environment. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership, with a strong orientation toward cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (NIS2).

Responsibilities

• Defining and managing the overall program governance, roadmap, and priorities
• Coordinating multiple security-related projects and managing dependencies
• Monitoring program performance (planning, budget, risks, quality)
• Driving stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and security teams
• Translating complex security and compliance topics into actionable decisions
• Supporting organizational change and adoption initiatives
• Reporting progress to senior management and steering committees

Qualifications and Skills
