We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud freelancers to support GROW with SAP implementations across the BENE area. Assignments are typically greenfield or template-based , with a strong focus on fit-to-standard , rapid deployment, and cloud best practices.

You will help customers adopt standard SAP processes while designing clean, scalable extensions using SAP’s cloud platform.

Your role

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW with SAP) implementations
• Guide customers through fit-to-standard workshops and scope alignment
• Configure SAP Public Cloud processes in one or more domains:

1. Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
2. Supply Chain (SD, MM, PP, basic EWM)

• Advise on standard vs. extension decisions
• Design clean core architectures , including:

1. Side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP
2. Use of standard APIs, events, and integration services

• Support integrations via SAP Integration Suite / CPI

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and implementation teams

• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Experience

Hard skills:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

• Strong understanding of GROW with SAP methodology

• Experience with fit-to-standard delivery

• Functional expertise in at least one SAP domain

• Familiarity with SAP BTP and cloud integrations

• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced projects

Nice to have

• Multiple GROW with SAP project deliveries

• Experience with SAP Activate for Public Cloud

• Background in SMB or scale-up environments
