NoOffer DescriptionBe part of the Laser Systems & Applications Unit within the R&D department, responsible for the following duties:Lead technological lines in optical and acoustic monitoring and laser spectroscopy, promoting the development and maturation of new lines of work.Coordinate and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, resource planning, and progress monitoring.Coordinate and participate in the execution of European and national R&D&I projects.Act as a technical liaison with companies and technology partners, facilitating the definition and monitoring of R&D projects.Promote technology transfer, the exploitation of results, and the positioning of the center.Education:Engineering degree or bachelor ?s degree.Master ?s/ Doctorate in laser technologies.Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in leadership and coordination of technical or R&D teams.Solid experience in technologies for monitoring and spectroscopic characterization of materials, developed in applied R&D environments.Knowledge and experience in the design, development, and integration of systems and instrumentation.Significant participation in European and/or national R&D projects.High level of English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel. Driver’s license and own vehicleDesirable qualifications and skills:Technical profile in laser applications and optical systems.Knowledge of instrumentation and signal processing for measurement and monitoring systems.Experience or knowledge in data analysis and processing applied to spectroscopic techniques and/or process monitoring systems.Experience in the integration of mechatronic systems and complex technological solutions.We are looking for a proactive, responsible person with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Requirements
