AI Governance Manager

We have partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a AI Security Manager to drive the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI across the organisation., * Develop AI security policies, governance frameworks, and risk controls.

• Conduct AI risk assessments covering security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement security controls across AI/ML and MLOps environments.
• Manage AI-specific threats including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, model leakage, and data poisoning.
• Lead AI security testing, threat modelling, and incident response readiness.
• Partner with technology, data, legal, and compliance stakeholders to promote secure-by-design AI.

• 7+ years' experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Technology Risk.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, cloud security, and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience in security architecture, GRC, risk assessments, and threat modelling.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
