You collaborate with audit teams, business stakeholders, and D&IT partners to deliver innovative analytics capabilities that enhance coverage, risk insights and efficiency. Pay / Benefits * Drive adoption of Data Analytics, AI, automation and emerging technologies across Internal Audit * Identify opportunities to improve audit coverage, risk insights, quality and efficiency through tech * Develop and scale AI-enabled audit assistants, intelligent analytics, automated testing and workflow automation * Challenge traditional audit approaches with innovative technologies and governance over high-value solutions * Partner with audit teams to translate risks and objectives into data and tech solutions * Collaborate to ensure reliable data access, govern solution quality and maintain analytics catalog * Develop reusable analytics and enterprise-wide analyses to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities * Design and deliver end-to-end analytics capabilities including data pipelines, dashboards, automated testing, and AI tools * Deliver advanced audit analytics (population testing, anomaly detection, trend analysis) and coach auditors in analytics use * Develop dashboards, risk indicators and continuous auditing solutions to support decision-making * Apply engineering best practices and maintain analytics assets and documentation Tasks * University degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field * 7-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Technology Consulting, Risk Management, Audit or technology-enabled assurance * Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions in a business environment * Hands-on Python, PySpark, SQL and modern data platforms (Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Microsoft Fabric) * Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, automation solutions and reporting (Power BI) * Knowledge of Apache Spark, enterprise integrations, REST APIs, SDKs and software delivery practices (testing, version control, CI/CD) * Experience with SAP data structures (SAP S/4HANA); familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Purview) is a plus * Familiarity with agentic AI, AI orchestration, copilots or intelligent workflow automation is desirable * Ability to translate audit, risk and business requirements into practical technical solutions and lead delivery across stakeholders Key requirements * well-being initiatives * flexible work arrangements * growth opportunities * excellent benefits * unique family leave policy
