Network Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you shape high-level architectures for network, compute, storage, and platform domains, balancing hands-on design with team leadership. You drive modernization, automation, and resilience while ensuring regulatory and enterprise alignment. You will lead architecture work from requirements to production-ready designs and mentor engineers and architects. This is a strategic, hands-on position within a large-scale, risk-aware enterprise. You will help build secure, scalable infrastructure that underpins the global financial ecosystem. Pay / Benefits * Create and deliver High-Level Architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements * Translate requirements into scalable, secure designs validated by lab testing and PoCs * Lead end-to-end architecture activities from requirements to production-ready designs * Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives focusing on automation, resiliency, and cost efficiency * Stay current with emerging technologies and promote automation-first approaches (e.g., Ansible, Python) * Engage stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery * Support enterprise architecture governance, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk management * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and architects Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent * 10+ years in enterprise IT engineering/architecture * Experience delivering complex infrastructure or network architectures at scale * Hands-on: compute, storage, network, virtualization (KVM, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi) * Experience in containerized and cloud-native environments * Linux administration, automation and scripting (Python, Ansible or similar) * Ability to lead PoCs and technical validations, communicate to diverse audiences * People management and delivery-focused leadership Key requirements *
