Requirements

  • Deep industry experience: 5+ years of engineering within the trading world - you know the landscape
  • Technical mastery: Expert-level C++, plus strong skills in low latency / high throughput systems, databases, systems architecture, and networking
  • Impact mindset: A proven track record of delivering results and making a tangible difference
  • Keep it simple: You value clean, efficient solutions over unnecessary complexity
  • Endless curiosity: You want to understand how everything works - and then make it better! Team player: You love sharing knowledge and helping your colleagues grow
  • Language skills: You communicate effectively and clearly in English, both written and spoken (For our Paris office French would be highly desired on top of English)
