Job description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions on Adobe Experience Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring customer data to life across channels. You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and customer experience-delivering impactful solutions for leading brands., * Design and implement robust data pipelines and schemas within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

  • Integrate AEP with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Develop and manage XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and data ingestion workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and marketers to ensure data quality and readiness for activation.
  • Build and maintain APIs and event-based triggers to support real-time personalization and journey orchestration.
  • Optimize platform performance and data flows through testing, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and marketing technologists.
  • Stay current with Adobe product updates, data privacy regulations, and CXM best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
  • Strong understanding of XDM, identity resolution, segmentation, and data governance.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and Adobe Launch.
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform or Real-Time CDP.
  • Experience in a CXM agency or consulting environment.
