Job description

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Data Analyst, you translate raw data into actionable insights that drive performance across McCain’s sites. You’ll partner with the Data Insights Manager and operations leaders to deliver trusted reporting and spot trends early. Your work supports a data-driven culture and informed decision-making, balancing accuracy with timely delivery. This role offers cross-site impact in a global food manufacturer, with opportunities to influence continuous improvement and reporting standards. Pay / Benefits * Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and analyses for end users * Dig into data to uncover why things happen and identify improvements * Extract, clean, and validate data from diverse systems for reliable numbers * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards for at-a-glance performance * Translate vague business questions into clear, useful analyses * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities before they escalate * Conduct root cause investigations and contribute to problem solving * Ensure reporting adheres to data governance practices and standardizes measurement language * Support strategic projects and automation of reporting processes * Advocate data quality and evidence-based decision making Tasks * Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent hands-on experience * Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus * Experience handling large, messy datasets from multiple sources * Advanced Excel skills * Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tool * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels * Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences * Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience is a plus * Bonus points for SQL, data modeling, or automation tools Key requirements * Private healthcare * Pension with generous contributions * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Life insurance * Maternity/paternity pay enhancements * Health cash plan with wellbeing support
