Job description

Collaborate across electronics, mechanical design, and software teams.
Participate in daily Scrum stand-ups.
Support sprint planning, reviews, priority management, and Agile retrospectives.
Create firmware for new and existing products.
Write efficient, high-quality, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
Drive product development from concept and deployment through to future maintenance.
Collaborate internally and externally to support efficient project delivery.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in embedded firmware development using C and C++.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
Experience with embedded system architecture design, implementation, and maintenance.
Experience working on complex projects and finding solutions using advanced robotic systems.
Knowledge of network interfaces and protocols including SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, and CAN-bus.
Understanding of electronic PCB design.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
Experience with bare-metal real-time systems and/or real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Experience with MBED and STM32 microcontrollers.
Interest in low-level motor control and PID.
Ability to reliably commute to London SE10.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
At least 2 years of embedded experience.
