Embedded Software Engineer

A Senior Embedded Software Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, contributing to the design, development and validation of secure embedded software for network-connected assistive listening products. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer, Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, will be expected to take a leading role in embedded software development, working across the full product lifecycle while collaborating with hardware, firmware, test and compliance teams. Responsibilities include: * Designing and developing embedded software in C/C++ for real-time systems * Developing secure network-connected products using TCP/IP, HTTP/S and TLS * Writing, testing and maintaining production-quality embedded software * Supporting cybersecurity, compliance and secure product development * Working with RTOS and low-level device drivers for ARM-based platforms * Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver new products *
