Senior Pensions Data Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead data services for pension clients, shaping data strategies and delivering audits, cleansing, and rectifications. You’ll build and tailor bulk data tools, oversee delivery, and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. You’ll apply strong numerical and analytical skills, with an interest in programming to develop practical solutions. Pay / Benefits * Create and customize bulk tools and solutions for pension data projects * Direct and review work streams to ensure timely, successful delivery * Communicate complex technical issues clearly to a broad audience * Demonstrate strong numeracy and analytical capabilities; work with modern software * Develop and implement programming-based data solutions for client benefit * Apply good organizational skills and core project management behaviours * Perform pension rectification tasks and advanced data and benefit auditing and cleansing Tasks * Proven track record delivering multiple projects to deadlines * Strong knowledge of UK DB Pension arrangements, including data auditing and cleansing * Experience with manual benefit calculations and related processes * Ability to create solutions and customize software for data corrections or pension calculations * Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills * Clear and concise communicator of complex pension data issues to diverse audiences * Experience building client and third-party relationships; delegation and mentoring * Commitment to delivering high-quality service; ability to work independently and in teams * Strategic thinking with ability to identify risks/issues and propose solutions * Experience with pension administration systems Key requirements * 25 days leave + extra WTW day * private healthcare * group income protection * pension scheme with 10% company match * hybrid working * employee assistance programme
