Clinical Application Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you act as an expert resource for clinicians and healthcare staff, applying healthcare and InterSystems product knowledge to assess solutions and guide implementation. You will work across multiple teams to minimize custom work while maximizing benefits of the standard solution, staying current with product developments. You may travel to customer sites and participate in projects requiring regular on-site visits, up to five days away weekly. You contribute to a structured, continuous-improvement deployment process and educate customers to enable rapid, successful Go-Lives. Pay / Benefits * Review proposals and tender docs to identify functionality gaps * Analyse customer processes and map solutions to standard ISC offerings * Lead edition solution presentations with customers * Conduct customer induction workshops and advise on benefits of the InterSystems solution * Produce clear business requirements and design documentation; support data collection and configuration logging * Set up and validate customer site configurations; create and test validation scripts * Support data migration validation and issue resolution during implementation * Differentiate issues from change requests and manage handover * Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for customer trainers * Provide on-site go-live support and liaise with other departments to resolve issues * Maintain documentation, support dry runs, and participate in knowledge spreading across teams * Support the handover process to Support Adoption and ensure ongoing knowledge transfer to colleagues Tasks * Excellent communication and training delivery experience * Strong consultative skills to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders * Experience interacting with clinicians and delivering clear messaging * 3+ years in healthcare with understanding of clinical processes * Experience with EMR systems and Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems * Nursing role experience in a hospital environment * Experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and writing functional documents * Experience in business process mapping and change of process Key requirements *
