Experteer Overview In this role you will drive data privacy across HR, shaping how HR data is processed, protected and governed to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT to implement privacy guardrails and lead transformation initiatives in the HR data domain. Your work will focus on DSAR oversight, incident management, DPIAs and LIAs, and maintaining accurate processing records. Pay / Benefits * Oversee end-to-end HR DSAR intake, triage, response, and closure in line with UK GDPR and EU GDPR and local privacy laws * Manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance with timely escalation and alignment to regulations and risk objectives * Conduct DPIAs and LIAs to identify and mitigate privacy risks in workforce data * Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) inventory for HR data processing * Partner with Legal, Compliance, Firmwide Privacy, Cyber, and Technology Controls to establish robust data-use guardrails * Engage senior HR and Risk & Compliance leadership in regional forums as SME on data privacy and regulatory impacts Tasks * 10+ years in the financial services industry focusing on data privacy * Proven experience leading privacy operations for workforce data with UK GDPR and EU GDPR knowledge * Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex privacy topics into actionable decisions * Privacy-first mindset with strong risk and controls background * Meticulous, independent, able to meet aggressive timelines and manage scope changes * CIPP or CIPM certifications preferred Key requirements * comprehensive health care coverage * retirement savings plan * tuition reimbursement * mental health support * on-site health and wellness centers * flexible benefits and accommodations
