Alteryx Data Analyst

We re seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong Alteryx expertise to join a Talent Analytics team. This role will focus heavily on using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI to transform complex datasets, automate analytics workflows, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders., * Design, build, and maintain advanced Alteryx workflows for data transformation, preparation, validation, and automation

• Use SQL to extract, query, and analyze large datasets
• Develop automated and self-service analytics solutions
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Perform data validation and peer review SQL/reporting solutions
• Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
• Gather requirements and independently execute analytics projects from discovery through delivery
• Support predictive analytics and advanced modeling initiatives

• 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
• Strong experience building complex Alteryx workflows
• 3+ years of SQL experience with large datasets
• 2+ years of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong data transformation, validation, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor s degree in a related field

• Python or R/RStudio
• Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
• HR, People, Workforce, or Talent Analytics experience
• Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow experience
