Design, develop, and implement robust front-end and back-end web applications using C# .NET Blazor, SQL, HTML5, and CSS
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and team members to gather, validate, and model technical and functional requirements
Write, test, debug, and document complex client/server and web-based programs ensuring high performance and quality standards
Perform root cause analysis and resolve software issues to maintain optimal application functionality
Support, maintain, and upgrade Texas Department of Agriculture application software, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Deliver engaging mobile solutions using Visual Studio, .NET Core 9.0, and DevExpress, including secure payment integrations
Recommend process improvements to enhance application development workflows
Present in-person software demonstrations to stakeholders for approval on design and changes

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on web-based software application development

Demonstrated experience with .NET, C#, HTML, HTML5, Java, JSP, ASP, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server
Proficiency in web programming: .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and database technologies
Experience leveraging Agile methodologies in the SDLC
Proven track record of collaborating on software teams, including requirements gathering and code reviews
Skilled in presenting software changes and design concepts to business users
2+ years using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools
At least 1 year of experience with C# .NET Blazor programming Preferred Skills
Experience porting legacy applications from Java or Windows Forms to .NET Blazor
Knowledge of responsive web design and WCAG accessibility standards
Familiarity with Texas Department of Agriculture systems
