Experteer Overview In this role you help ensure client configurations align with business requirements within Fidelity’s Health Care Operations. You bridge client needs and technical design, supporting new implementations and ongoing projects. You’ll translate requirements into technical specs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to testing and data analysis to drive informed client decisions. This position offers a chance to work on impactful health care programs in a team-focused, delivery-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client requirements into configuration design and technical specifications * Support client implementations and corporate actions in project environments * Define changes for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects; build test scenarios for unit and regression testing * Perform data analysis and reporting to support client decisions * Conduct root cause analysis for issues around code migrations and system design * Collaborate with Portfolio Leader/Program Manager to understand goals for each release * Identify gaps between offerings and client needs and propose solutions * Work with SDLC processes and related desktop tools (MS Office, JIRA) Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or higher * 5-7 years of Health and Welfare domain experience (preferred) * Ability to evaluate requirements against HOBS and FHB platform functionality * Knowledge of configuration solutions across the implementation lifecycle, testing, and conversion phases * Strong analytical skills and ability to think across project teams and product categories * Strong SQL/PLSQL and MS Access proficiency; ability to write complex SQL queries * Good interpersonal and organizational skills; capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment * Experience with MS Office and JIRA; understanding of SDLC Key requirements *
